100098_587_0_0_284.pdf13-16Henryk Frydrych, son of Berek, testimony (approximate translation): / / I knew Szlama Woźnica, who lived in Koziegłowy together with his wife. I do not know what his parents’ names were. It seems to me that his wife’s name was Dobra, and I know that my father conducted trade with Szlama Woźnica. In Jan 1945 we were transported to the camp in Częstochowa, and from Buchenwald I learned that Szlama Woźnica was in that camp. He was in poor health and told me that we both, after my arrival - it may have been 9 Jan 1945 - would die in that camp from exhaustion and hunger. In Apr 1945 he was transported to the camp in Terezín and I did not see him there. In the camp I was employed in a carpenter’s workshop. During the transport from under Linz there were many sick people. When asked what I know, I state that I was not deported together with my sister, nor did I know other persons named Woźnica from Koziegłowy. When asked about the month, I state that in Apr - May I saw Szlama Woźnica, who was ill with dysentery, and he died around 15 May 1945 in Terezín. / / Having considered the case for publication by public notice, it was decided to announce in the official Monitor Polski regarding Dobra Woźnica, the hearing to be set, and pursuant to Art. 8 §1 and 2 and Art. 11 of the Decree of 29 Aug 1945 regardingattorney Jerzy Kochan-Piotrowski; Jakub Woźnica, residing in Katowice at ul. 100168_587_0_0_151.pdf66-67copies of acts drawn up by notary Kędzierski in Żarki on 3/16 Aug 1911 under Nos. 750 and 751, there remained an estate consisting of 7/24 parts of real estate in Koziegłowy No. pol. 219, consisting of a built-up plot bordering the property of Teodor Lasecki on one side and Ogrodowa street on the other, extending from Częstochowska street to Ogrodowa street and to the property of Wojciech Frączek, to which property there belong by servitude about 4 morgs of forest and about one morg of pasture (act No. 750), and also a triangular part of a plot in Koziegłowy with an area of about 40 square fathoms, bordering on one side the property of Dobra Woźnica and Józef Znamierowski, on the other side the property
