Plaintiff’s complaint
In Czestochowa on 7/19 Dec 1893, Nr. 1712, my parents, Herszlik and Chaja Eksztajn, purchased for 400 rubles from Jozef Dybinski, equal parts, a dwelling house with a lot of ¼ morga, situated in settlement Olsztyn, Community Olsztyn, District Czestochowa, ?plus? 16 morg registered in the liquidation table under Nr. 7. My father died and left the successors as follows [Document continues with information that is nearly identical to above.]
who inherited half of the house with lot.
I do not want being in conflict with other successors, I am asking the assessors, Franciszek Szwedzinski, Wojciech Bolkowski and Jan Tomalski, residing in settlement Olsztyn, Community Olsztyn, District Czestochowa, for estimating the value of the house and lot. I am asking the Magistrate Court in Janow for dividing the house with lot this way that half of property will be my mother’s, widow Chaja Eksztajn, and the second half mine after paying off other successors. If this was not possible, the house with lot should be sold through public auction and half of proceeds should be given to my mother, Chaja Eksztajn, and the half divided between the other successors.
