Request
My mother, of blessed memory [Polish: b. p. (błogosławionej pamięci?)] Fajgla Orbach, left her estate that consisted of the plot registered in the residents’ book of settlement Janów, Nr. 128, area approx. 150 pretow (approx. 2000 sq.m.) with buildings, i.e., the house with 6 toilets, two sheds for storage of scrap iron, and three barns.
The heirs of the deceased are:
- Son Josek Orbach residing in settlement and community of Koniecpol
- Daughter Sura-Rywka, married Winer, residing in Sosnowiec, Modrzejewska St. 33
- Son Naftul Orbach, residing in Częstochowa, Ogrodowa St. 4
- Daughter Bajla-Frymeta, married Krauze, residing in Częstochowa, Ogrodowa St. 13
- Son Abram Orbach, plaintive
- Daughter Rachela, married Rudowski, residing in Janów
- Daughter Blima Orbach, maiden
- Son Szlama Orbach, deceased: a. wife Gitla Orbach, widow, residing in Częstochowa and children, Ita Orbach and Haskiel Orbach, under age; their legal custodian is their mother, widow Gitla Orbach
- Husband of the deceased: Moszek Orbach, residing in Janów
Not wishing to stay indivisible I have the honor to ask the Court to divide the inheritance according to the law.

Transcript
On 15 Jul 1921 at the Court hearing showed up the heir of deceased Fajgla Orbach – Abram Orbach and the heir of deceased Klara Cymerman – Alter Cymerman. Abram Orbach paid at that time in the presence of the court 15 rubles to Alter Cymerman that included the interest up to date. Orbach exchanged this amount to Polish currency, i.e., a thousand marks that he owed to Alter Cymerman as per the Community Court’s sentence in Janów, on 15 Jan 1902.

It took place on 5 May 1926 for proceedings were present plaintive Abram Orbach and heiress Bajla-Frymeta Krauze acting with husband Szmul.
Heiress Bajla-Frymeta Krauze stated in front of the court that she ceded all her rights to the inheritance after her mother, of blessed memory [Polish: b. p. (błogosławionej pamięci?)] Fajgla Orbach, i.e., a lot registered in residents’ book of settlement Janów, Nr. 128, area 150 pretow (approx. 2000 sq.m.) with buildings, i.e., the house with 6 toilets, two sheds for storage of scrap iron and three barns, to her biological brother Abram Orbach for the charge of 500 zlotys. She received the amount from her brother and she signed.
Plaintive Abram Orbach accepted the concession and asked for cessation of proceeding until his registration of residence.
Other heirs were not present.

Showed up plaintive Abram Orbach, and heiress Rachela Rudowska.
Plaintive Abram Orbach confirmed his request.
Heiress Rachela Rudowska declared that all her inheritance rights after her deceased mother, of blessed memory [Polish: b. p. (błogosławionej pamięci?)] Fajgla Orbach, i.e., the lot in Janów registered under #128, area of 150 prat with the buildings, house with 6 WC, two sheds for scrap iron, and three barns, cedes to her biological brother, Abram Orbach, in exchange for 500 zlotys, which she had received and signed the receipt.
