Letter from the County Physician to the Piotrków District Court Prosecutor claiming that Szaja Złotnik, a goldsmith residing at ul. Liliowa 28 in Piotrków, on referral from a dentist for the insertion of 5 gold teeth into a patient, Józef Tochta, who paid 100 złoty for the procedure. Given that the teeth are now rusting, it suggests that they are made of base metal and not gold.
