Opoczyńska 25, is charged that in March 1940, in Sulejów, Piotrków County, he misappropriated 2,000 złoty, entrusted to him, by Szajndla Rozencwajg, for the purchase of a horse. A witness claimed that the Accused indeed did not buy any horses at the fair in Kielce

Accused pleads not guilty, claiming that he did indeed buy the horse but, on the way back home, it was confiscated by the German army. Proceedings adjourned to subpoena three vital witnesses to testify.
