Fajgla-Chaja née Gutenstein Ferlegier died, with no will, on 1 Feb 1942. Since then, all her beneficiaries and descendants have died of natural causes or at the hands of the Nazis. The Applicant requests court to recognize him as the sole surviving descendant and hence the remaining beneficiary of the estate.
