He stated that there was no agreement to return the 1,075 złoty and, when he refused to do so, he was attacked.

Charge sheet stating that on 7 Oct 1940, at the State Police post in Opoczno, he knowingly made a false accusation against Moszek Kacenelenbogen, Chaśkiel Kacenelenbogen, and Lejbuś Kacenelenbogen, claiming that on 29 Sep 1940 they had knocked him to the floor in his apartment and forcibly taken 775 złotys from his pocket, whereas in reality Moszek, Chaśkiel and Lejbuś Kacenelenbogen did not take any money from him by force.
