Bailiff of the Municipal Court in Jędrzejów, Rev. II / 5 Sep 1947 / Wodzislawska Street 45 / District Land Office in Jędrzejów / Notice of placing in possession. / I hereby notify that pursuant to the court order of Wacław Reinsztein from Jędrzejów as substitute for Szlama Kac Kochen and Hersz Lejb Kac Kochen, as of 18 Sep 1947 at 9 a.m. I have designated the date for placing the above-mentioned in undisputed possession of a plot of land with an area of 50 ares located within the territory of the city of Jędrzejów, in the locality "Murawiec," without prejudice to the rights of the previous possessor Adam Wydrych, and this on the basis of the enforcement order issued by the Municipal Court in Jędrzejów on 28 Mar 1947 No. Co-119/46. / This plot was leased to Adam Wydrycha by the District Land Office in Jędrzejów under lease agreement No. 382-E. / By notifying the above, I propose to assist in these actions. / Bailiff.
No. II Km. 148/47 Protocol of placing in possession. On 18 Sep 1947 the Bailiff of the Municipal Court in Jędrzejów, Rev. II Witold Staszkiewicz, at the request of Defense Attorney Wacław Reinsztein, attorney for Szlam Kac Kochena and Hersz Lejb Kac Kochena residing in Jędrzejów at No. 61, and on the basis of the copy of the decision of the Municipal Court in Jędrzejów of 18 Feb 1947 No. Cr. Co. 119/46, and pursuant to the title of execution issued on 28 Mar 1947, after prior notification of the District Liquidation Office in Kielce, the District Land Office in Jędrzejów, and the 1st District Liquidation Office Branch Office in Jędrzejów, and in the presence of the attorney of the creditors Szlam Kac Kochena Defense Attorney Wacław Reinsztein, representative of the District Liquidation Office Paszkowski, representative of the Land Office and witnesses Tadeusz Cofor and Irena Radziejowska, executed the following: in accordance with the above-mentioned court decision he placed Szlam Kac Kochena and Hersz Lejb Kac Kochena in possession as co-owners in 1/2 part of a plot of land with an area of about 1 morga 50 pręts located within the territory of the city of Jędrzejów in the locality “Murawiec,” bordered on the east by the land of Karol and Agnieszka Kawalski, on the west by the real estate of Antoni Wydrych with the house of Łojna, on the north by the road leading from the Jędrzejów - Jędrzejów road to Dąbkowska Street, and by the house with 2 rooms and a hallway located on this land. This protocol was signed by those present. Completed at 10 a.m. The introduced persons - Reinsztein Wacław Defense Attorney - Władysław Paszkowski - representative of the District Liquidation Office - Tadeusz Cofor - Irena Radziejowska - Bailiff - Witold Staszkiewicz.

The Municipal Court in Jędrzejów, in the person of Judge Adam Czechowski, after hearing on 18 Feb 1947 the case on the application of Szlam Kac Kochena and Hersz Lejb Kac Kochena against the District Land Office in Jędrzejów, gm. and city, for restoration of possession, restores to Szlam Kac Kochena and Hersz Lejb Kac Kochena undivided possession of a plot of land with an area of about 1 morga 50 pręts located within the territory of the city of Jędrzejów in the locality “Murawiec,” bordered on the east by the land of Karol and Agnieszka Kawalski, on the west by the real estate of Antoni Wydrych with the house of Łojna, on the north by the road leading from the Jędrzejów - Jędrzejów road to Dąbkowska Street, and by a house with 2 rooms and a hallway located on this land, and orders Adam Wydrycha to release this plot to the applicants. / The District Land Office was represented at the hearing by its plenipotentiary - Janusz Płaczek of the District Office in Jędrzejów. On 28 Mar 1947 the Municipal Court in Jędrzejów issued a title of execution for this decision. The costs of the proceedings shall be borne by the defendant, as they arose from his fault.
