Translation of a letter written by a Generalgouvernement District Captain (see two images below).

Department VII 300/01
To the Gendarmerie in Końskie
Secret!
Subject: Evacuation of Jewish residential houses.
On the basis of § 3 of the regulation on the compulsory management of residential premises, I order that the following houses of all Jewish families be vacated no later than Wednesday, 19 March:
Nisla Mariańka, Końskie, Nowy Świat 37
Szaja Siedlecka, Końskie, 3 Maja 57
Menil Orenbuch, Końskie, Nowy Świat 18
Due to the housing conditions prevailing in Końskie, accommodation or resettlement of the Jews within Końskie itself is by no means possible. All Jewish families will be resettled to Gowarczów in such a way that the houses on the 19th of this month at 6:00 a.m. will be vacated by the Polish police and the special service, and all Jews under the supervision of the gendarmerie will first be taken to the sports field at the railway station. After all residents of the 3 above-mentioned houses have assembled at the sports field, transport (by wagons) to Gowarczów under the supervision of the gendarmerie will take place.
The Jews are entitled to take their most necessary clothing and food with them. The furniture located in the apartments is to be left behind undamaged, and after the departure of the Jews the apartments are to be locked, and the keys are to be handed over to the Jewish community for the purpose of clearing out the furniture.

The Jewish community is entitled to transport the furniture of the Jews to Gowarczów. The execution report on the final evacuation of Jews and furniture is to be communicated to me by telephone by Wednesday at 18:00.
If in these houses there are members of the council of elders of the Jewish community who can identify themselves with appropriate identification from the district authority (see attachment), they are likewise to be resettled; however, these Jews are permitted to remain in Końskie. They must themselves arrange other accommodation.
